INSIDE
The grand entrance hall, with traditional stone-washed pebble floor and restored archway, leads to a number of rooms on the ground floor, including the main salon, library, and a luxury well-fitted kitchen.
Inside
6 spacious bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, are individually decorated with comfortable beds.
There are many places to escape the heat, with 3 salons and 1 library and the property has under-floor heating and wood-burning stoves for year-round comfort.
The property has been refurbished and interiors decorated to the highest standard.
IN THE SUNSHINE
The private stone-clad 15m salt water pool takes centre stage and includes a swim up bar. Sunbeds run alongside the pool, and soft sofas are shaded by a large pergola. A large BBQ is the focus of the outside kitchen and dining area for 14.
Outside
The garden includes lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, blood orange and kumquat trees, as well as kiwi and mango. There are lots of shady areas to sit and relax, for those feeling energetic there is a shady terrace for yoga and a table tennis table, as well as a large balcony and roof terrace with views of panoramic Pollença’s main three churches and the mountains beyond. There is also secure parking for 3 cars.

One of the loveliest towns, in the most beautiful areas of Mallorca, Pollença is rich in history and architecture. A magnet for artists since the 17th Century, Pollença hosts many events and festivals throughout the year. In a quiet location, next to the convent, Residencia 24 is a two-minute walk to a plethora of eateries, delis and boutique shops. The beaches and restaurants of Port de Pollença and Cala San Vincente are short drives away, or get the bus to Palma for a car-free day out.
